​MHOA Maintenance Fees:

Thank you for sharing the responsibility of maintaining our beautiful neighborhood. Our annual dues cover our annual expenses including electricity, insurance, our P.O. Box, state registration, irrigation, our website, ground maintinence, and more. Remember that payments are considered late if not paid by May 31st. 

We are now collecting HOA dues through

2. Select 'Transfer and Pay' or 'Pay & Transfer'
3. Select

5. Type in this email as recipient:
6. Enter the amount to send (Dues are $300 annually)
7. Select your funding account

to pay your MHOA Maintenance Assessment. Follow the step-by-step instructions above above to make your annual payment of $300.  Remember that everyone needs to share the responsibility for the maintenance of our beautiful neighborhood.
