MHOA Maintenance Fees:

We have made it easier than ever to pay your annual maintenance assessment. Click the 'PAY DUES' tab on the main menu to pay your annual HOA dues via Zelle or Paypal. Everyone needs to share the responsibility of maintaining our beautiful neighborhood. Our annual dues cover our annual expenses including electricity, insurance, our P.O. Box, the state registration, irrigation, website, ground maintinence, and more. Remember that payments are considered late if not paid by May 31st. 

Garbage Bin Removal:

Please remove garbage cans and recycle bins from the street the same day of pickup. 
They are a hazard if they roll into the street, as well an eyesore. Thank you!
